• Understand the sequence of processes and subsequent subprojects through which UX design passes from initiation to project completion.
• Identify routines and subroutines.
• Identify key workflows and deliverables for each phase of the design process.
• Recognize the utility of personas towards achieving process flow goals, context, experience, and constraints within the project.
• Learn to map workflows salient to the project, from field-to-field and from screen-to-screen.
